		<description>I opted to leave the real thing when i had my loft conversion done instead of plastering. We just sealed it with a matt floor varnish. Looks great and i can see why you would replicate it.

		<description>Really nice finished work there. This can go a long way towards transforming an ordinary space into something really special. It looks like it takes a decent amount of time to finish everything. Completely worth it though.</description>
