It’s a happy day when a happy customer writes… the Faux Brick Technique works! Now imagine me doing the happy dance… I love it!

Here’s the letter and her before and after pictures…. she learned that trying to do it herself just wasn’t working out… she need a bit of faux painting coaching!

Hi Debra,

I tried your

technique and it worked wonderfully! Thank you!

Thank you for your great tutorials! I did the brick breakout and it came out really well.

Here’s a picture attached.

Sincerely, Barbara

Wow, Barbara… your bricks look great.

I am so happy when I see that someone can take my information and really learn how do something they can be proud of. Very cool!

Faux Brick Technique

Another great Faux Brick Painting accomplished. This time the antique looking bricks were painted in the Laundry Room.

And Patti added these inexpensive copper 12×12 metal wall hangings that look like copper ceiling tile as a back splash. What a great idea! I have some of these hanging under my kitchen cabinets, but they will look much better grouped as a backsplash.

I think Patti may have antiqued these metal ’tiles’, mine are much more coppery!

Attached please find a few pics from my finished laundry room. Only one wall
was painted in faux brick. I think it turned out really well. I have had
many compliments on it. Your instructions were great, thank you.Patti Harris

dining-room.jpg This Lovely Tuscan Style Dining Room was created by Michelle. She carried the effect into her kitchen area as well. We all want to know what color is on your walls? Will you share your Faux Brick Painting colors?

Imagine this dining room at night with candles and the warm glow from this lovely chandelier? I think this room will make everyone at the table look gorgeous.

Here are a couple pictures of my kitchen / dining room. You can zoom in on the bricks if needed. Is there anything you would suggest on shading… more shading, different shading, cracks, etc? Sincerely , Michelle

Michelle, You don’t need to change a thing. We all love what you have done to create a Tuscan feel to your space with just paint.
